RETURNS

Customers who wish to return their merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with the item(s) may do so within 14 business days from receiving of orders. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and the item must be currently carried on our website. Customers will bear the cost of return shipping. Original shipping will not be refunded.  Close out sales are final sales. No return or refund will be accepted. 

    You need to contact us first to acquire a RMA number. All returns without the number will be rejected. Please contact us for a RMA number at  info@znergyappliance.com

    REFUND POLICY

    How can I get a refund for my product?

    Here at ZNERGY, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority.  We process refunds only for valid claims, so it is essential to report any missing, damages, or incorrect item received in a timely manner and we will be more than happy to process a refund claim. 

    How long does it take to get a refund?

    Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the return.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.
